We have been thinking of some fall activities, but mostly have enjoyed fall at home. We were going to do the apple orchard or pumpkin patch, but we've been enjoying the down time we do have at home. So, instead of driving ourselves crazy with packing up three bundled up kids for a short trip out, we've been opting to skip those activities and stay home.
John came home with these "bear claws" one day and they have made a great outdoor past time for the boys!
Bennett is not crazy about the chilly weather. He wears shorts and tshirts most days (against my desire) so he get cold pretty quick. When he does put on some pants or a long sleeved shirt, he pushes the sleeves up and rarely will wear any outdoor gear. So...he says,"I don't care about the cold, mom", but he doesn't last very long!
Logan, on the other hand, can't get enough! He loves being out - especially when he can help John with anything. LOVES it.
