Today John finished his seminary classes with a couple final papers and exams. So, we celebrated by making him some belated birthday cupcakes. Last week he was on a trip with students from church (who surprised him with a flash-mob-mustache-party) and he was in the thick of finals so we kinda skipped celebrating until now.
The boys were awesome bakers!!!
We picked out these mustache decorations for John who has been growing a beard for way too long. ;)
Practically before we even finished singing, the boys started blowing out candles - good thing because John needed help!!! There were 34!!!
We enjoyed cupcakes and then our babysitter arrived. I surprised John with a night out to celebrate: dinner and a movie! We never do a date night so it was really extra special. Happy birthday John!!!
