I might have to do a better before-and-after post because its quite the transformation! New table, chairs, paint, and a whole lotta love from John who had to patch, sand, scrape, replace outlets, yadda yadda. Its awesome and Christmas with the Holbrooks was thoroughly enjoyed here yesterday.
