Holbrook Christmas 2012

Its pretty hard for our little family to pack up over Christmas because between regular church services and Christmas services, we don't have much of a window for travel.  So, this year we invited the Holbrook clan over to celebrate here with us!
Upon arrival, Papa took the tough job of snuggling a sleepy Eden who proceeded to fall asleep.

I sent out dining room with what I could find and it was pretty festive.

Eden found her present...

and got caught playing with it!

Spiderman came to visit!

And it wasn't long until Buzz Lightyear joined the group!

Christmas wouldn't be complete without some superheroes in the house!

The aunts and uncles (and Papa and Nana) came bearing gifts for the kids, so of course we could hold off for too long before we had to let them open gifts!

Kyle and Ali

Amy and Andrew - home from Virginia

Eden had fun going through all the wrapping paper.

Kyle brought John and generous supply of safety glasses from his department at 3M.  Of course, John was thrilled!

Silly kids!

After opening gifts, it was project time.  The boys both got great gifts: Legos, crafts, magic tricks...

Bennett couldn't wait to work on his car.

Logan was busy mastering magic tricks and it didn't take long before we had a true magician on our hands!

Eden was just busy, as always, showing off her crawling skills!

Kyle was Logan's assistant (or the other way around??)

Nana took a break with all the kids.

Logan worked on his picture with his uncles and by the end of the night, it was complete (and on the wall of his room!)

Uncle Andrew helping Bennett finish up his car.

We had tacos for dinner (why not?) and lots of delicious desserts!

Bennett was not wanting to smile...

Goofy!

Bennett even gave a little sampling of some Christmas songs, which is very brave for him!  :)  Way to go Benny!

The boys loved their time with Uncle Kyle!

And as much as Andrew wanted to get Eden to warm up to him...she was a little nervous about him!

Aunts and Uncles!  Eden was clearly drooling a ton...poor girl!

The sibs

Me and my sis.

Thanks to my family for ALL making the trip to see us!  We loved hosting and we loved our time together!  It was such a very FUN day!
