Reunion!

When John's college friends wanted to have their reunion in Eau Claire this year, we volunteered to host!  It was so much fun!  We loved seeing everyone and all the growing families!  The count was 16 adults and 15 kids (with another 3 on the way!).  It was the most perfect day on Saturday, so we enjoyed the day outside with all the families.

Jen, Norah, and Eden

Quinn in the sandbox.

Daddy hung onto Eden while I manned the kitchen for much of the afternoon - just keeping things stocked and rolling for our fun take-out tacos.  Thanks to all our guests for bringing such yummy fiesta food!

Isaac playing trucks

The playset was a hit!

Breck taking a cruise!

The toy room was a hit, too!  It was a busy place!

Partying is tiring.

The kids all played so well together.  Its pretty amazing to watch this group grow and change.  It was a wonderful group of families and the day was totally peaceful - even with 15 kids!

And, of course, I couldn't help myself and I had to get a piƱata for the kids.

It was filled with little bottles of bubbles, kazoos, bouncy balls and other fun (non-sugary) prizes.

Everyone got a turn and then Caedon, the oldest of the crew (followed by Logan who is younger by 10 months) broke it open!

All the kiddos!

Then we had some fun with mustaches I got for the party, but that didn't really get used.

Because we like to be super silly.

Thanks to the crew for all making the trip to our place in Eau Claire!  We loved it.  It was a perfect day and a great time catching up.
