Impromptu Party!

My sister and Andrew were coming home last weekend for a wedding, so we had planned to visit for the day on Saturday.  Well, it turned into a little party for Bennett's 3rd birthday, which was very special.  He loves Buzz and so he was crazy about all his Buzz gifts and his cake.  Thanks to Nana and Papa!

Eden wore her pretty party dress from Baggie!  Love it!

Eden gave such big smiles for Auntie Amy!  Wish we could get these girls together more (tear...).

My dad, home from another long business trip is always happy to see the kids.  He remarked how much Eden has grown and changed in 2-3 weeks.

Papa was the hot seat!

Bennett loved opening his gifts and had to tell Logan to "let me do it" a few times.

But when it came to reading the cards, Bennett was happy to let Logan read to him.

And Eden read a little, too.

Uncle Kyle was there, but Ali was away on a work trip.  Benny got a cool fishing rod that we're hoping to use sometime soon!

Logan was cheering Bennett on like crazy - it was so funny!

Oh man...g-u-n-s?  Well, kinda.  They are super fun for the boys and I actually suggested them as a gift because the boys played with them at a friends house and loved them.

Go figure: this little toy camera was one of the best gifts.  Benny kept taking photos like this all day.  Hilarious.

Oh Benny is so cute!  He was totally bashful and sweet, just thrilled we were singing to him!

Its almost like he didn't know what to think...

but he sure knew what to do when it was time to blow out the candles!
