Fridays are fun!

We love Fridays!  Our weeks are packed pretty full lately and when Friday arrives, its great to know we will have a couple days where John is home a little more.  Today was especially great, since its the start to a holiday weekend!  Technically, John had Good Friday as a holiday, for Young Life, but he has track practice and then a couple things to take care of before being home all weekend.  So, the boys and I went to our friends', the Vander Top's, to play for the morning.  When we got home from our fun playdate, we played outside a little more before taking naps.

Logan got a new lawn mower and its a big hit!

The neighbors said in a few years, they will hire Logan to mow the lawn...I think he looks old enough in this photo!  It must be the t-shirt and the hair or something, but he looks like he's so old!

This is a goofy photo of Bennett...it must have been a little windy!  He enjoys the time outdoors, as well.  I have officially put away the winter coats and got out spring jackets and sun hats!  Yay!

Once John got home, the boys napped and we did some chores around the house.  When they woke up, we took a family trip to the grocery store.  We don't very often all go out to the store, but I have to say, it was enjoyable and less stressful for me than being alone with both kids.  It was totally nuts with everyone getting their Easter groceries, even Logan said, "Whoa, look at all those crazy carts!" when he saw all the carts in the aisle!  Wishing you all a beautiful weekend!
