Anticipation

For over a month, Logan has been obsessed with "all things Halloween". We started reading "Where is Baby's Pumpkin?" early in September, so he was so excited when pumpkins started popping up all over the neighborhood. Then out came the ghosts, bats, spiders...you name it and Logan loves it! Logan has been walking around the house with his trick or treat pumpkin, fililng it with toys, books, etc for weeks and loves his bouncy spider! So, we have been very excited for Halloween at this house!

We spent one day this week in Woodbury, shopping for a snow suit and other winter items with my mom. Logan was so excited to see this Halloween display at Woodbury Lakes.

We also carved pumpkins - and we think Logan was momentarily devastated to see us mutilating his favorite thing. But Logan liked touching the pumpkin insides and was happy with the finished product, especially when lit up with a candle (to which Logan says, "Hot!")

Mmmmmm.....

While John finished carving the pumpkins, Logan played his new favorite game: rolling around the on his ball. He does this inside, outside, all the time! Its so cute! We've been so lucky to have such nice weather!
