Our sweet and special girl got glasses! Purple, of course! We have been visiting a great eye doctor since November and we just got Eden's first pair of glasses in January! She has accommodative esotropia which causes her eyes to over current when trying to focus on something up close. Her case is considered pretty mild and the hope is that she may even out grow her glasses at some point. For now, we are just trying to wear them all the time...some days are better than others!
I got some clear lenses to try to join in on the fun with her. She was excited. She said, "Mom! We can be sisters with glasses!" Melt. My. Heart.
